tach and timing light , any suggestions?

Hello,

I just did a complete carb rebuild, sync and link and new fuel lines on a 48hp spl, thanks to all who helped with my previous post, the advice and guidance proved invaluable!
I purchased a manual and my goal is to get this big twin back to life.
I would like to add a tach (tiny-tach) cause it seems that little tach just plain makes good sense and a simple install.
Can anyone suggest a reasonably priced timing light and any guidance /advice with the timing procedure would greatly be appreciated!!!!!

A timing light can be purchased locally at about any automotive store.

Refer to Joes directions here for the timing.
