Tach installation?

I have a 2004 60hp Merc 4-stroke on the back of my Alumaweld Stryker. I'm the 2nd owner. The boat did not come with a tach and I would like to install one. Is this an easy install? I noted at the back of the control box (throttle box) there is a plug with five wires that are not attached to anything. Are any of these for the tach?

Boat also didn't come with a tilt gauge, what's the installation like on that?
