I think its all aerodynamics. Empty head, large ears.... notice how he keeps his hat slightly tilted downward to provide needed down force. Probably alot of work to do , with the helium balloon effect he has going on. d

I don't think he got that look from BC. First of all, I don't believe BC kept a straight face during those times. Now that I look at the photo once again, it looks like....well, let's just say I don't see Laura in the photo anywhere. And I thought we all believed W was above all of that.d Only Bill could do such a terrible thing.

By the way, why would W need a straight face with Monica under the desk? Is she still an intern?d With this new knowledge you have provided eepks, perhaps he did talk to BC about the issue. That conversation must have been caught in the photo provided earlier by BL. Notice the surprised look on W's face. The 10 gallon hat photo must have been taken during a practice session.d
