The last time I saw a face like that a cowboy was riding it in the chuck wagon races at the Calgary stampede.
Seriously tho'....adults are supposed to know better. That women doesn't sound like the sharpest knife in the drawer.
They passed some laws recently around these parts that forbids teenage girls (99% mostly) from being able to use tanning salons. At that age they are huge (insecure) marketing targets for just about everything and anything that is appearance related. Particularly this time of year where they all want to look....uhh, tanned ???...for their graduation.
Needless to say....some of these teenage girls are.....irate at this new law which messes with their fashion and appearance plan. However local legislators who realize that teenagers might not be well suited to making decisions for themselves such as this said........like...whatever.
