Why doesn't the US stand up to these scum like Russia and Israel? It makes me so angry that they capture our people and behead them and the ACLU is closely watching Gitmo so we don't violate their beliefs! What kind of beliefs can you have if you are cutting peoples heads off? I really doubt if Russia is going to worry to much if there are a few civilian deaths associated with their retaliations. We are a nation of weaklings!
Laws and standards are desireable as long as we are fighting people with laws and standards. We are fighting crazies and it would seem that we would have learned in Viet Nam that you can't fight an enemy on their ground and not use their tactics. I guess England learned that back around the time of the revolutionary war.
Granted it was still the USSR, but in the 80's something similar happened in the mideast. The KGB found out who did it, killed their families and then killed the perps. No one screwed around with the Russians again after that, they stuck with Americans and British.
It may not make the news, but someone will pay, I cant see Putin changing that much.

I would say killing the diplomats is an act of war and the Russians would be legally justified to go in and clean house. The terrorists are getting away with murder and it has to stop with extreme force.
On one hand, Russia is a nation with no morals or principles. Their mafia scares the bejeebers out of ours.
Their Godless communism made short work of those. Russia may also be a bit embarrassed because we cleaned up Afghanistan in six months. They waged a poor war there for years-their Viet Nam-so to speak.
We, on the other hand, have gone too far the other way. Nobody is responsible for anything.
As far as Isreal goes, they are a nation that has been hated by the entire world since their creation. Look it up.
They are masters at defending themselves and striking what needs to be stuck for their own preservation. As much as many hate them for it, I applaud them.
Russia was the one that was involved in a 10 year war to stalemate in Afghanistan, remember. I really don't think they possess any special powers in the region, whatever tactics they use.
