I want to say thanks to all who helped with my "last straw" post. However new problems arise. So i am looking for proper starting procedures on a 1967 Johnson 80hp super-seahorse. Should the choke on the block be set on,off, or automatic etc. This will help me figure out whats going on and that im not going crazy. Secondly is there a fuel cut off on the engine block as some clymers manuals say there was. I did not locate one but. . . . Thanks again.
