Pat you are almost right. <br />The presidency is more important than the president.<br /><br />He is not the head of the party he is the spokesperson for the United States. What and how he does things project the will of the American people. Some presidents choose to work with terrorists on the phone while keeping an intern "under the desk" and lie in court to cover it up. One of this presidents' mandates includes returning honor and courage to the presidency. Love him or hate him he exudes an American position of committment and moral conviction. There is a place in this country for morals and they can be defined.<br /><br />A man who understands that his policies are more important than his personal safety, is the kind of man that has the moral authority to lead.<br /><br />I do not like all of his policies, but I admire him as a man.
