Very good, treedancer. Now, tell me how Arnie's statement is an example of psychosis. Explain to me how Mr. Reagan's statement, even though it shows a lack of scientific understanding, demonstrates psychosis.<br /><br />In fact, in defense of Reagan's statement, it can be argued that pollen from trees is in fact pollution. I have no idea how much pollen trees spew into the air every year, but it may be considerable. His statement may have been scientifically sound after all...I would do a little research before condemning it.<br /><br />The very idea that entertainers should be immune from criticism when they publicly express political views is just plain stupid. Nobody enjoys such immunity.

That is indeed what is at the heart of this topic, this point seems to have presently eluded some members here. <br /> Every citizen of this great country reserves the absoloute right to publicly express their views whether it is political or otherwise, therefore they are also equally open to all forms of public criicism or public support. In my opinion that is called freedom of speech.

Read the cut and paste (This is often accompanied by lack of insight into the unusual or bizarre nature of such behavior) I could have put up some of his groping behavior with woman from the same timeframe but decided not to. In case you don’t know it his nickname was the groper. As for president Reagan hey I voted for him twice. Just threw that in as an aside but on second thought should have picked Jesse Ventura instead. Seem that his behavior fit s all the criteria, surely could have got enough material to fill you hardrive up. <br /><br /> Hey rattle youda the man we were posting on this stealth troll for twenty eight posting till you told us it was a stealth troll. Didn't mean to cause such a debate. As a Canadian, we're kind of easy going up here. Its always been "as the Yanks go, so do we.." except to Iraq of course. We've only had 11 service men killed in Afghanistan so far, and 4 of them were by Major Schmidt!(one of yours) But thats the way it goes...thats war.<br /><br />Kerry
