i usually watch for cardinals and robins here. that usually means spring is at least on it's way.

seen a cardinal the other day.

Year old thread, seems as relevant today as it was a year ago. Come to think about it, it should work next year around this time.

Had to go to the Doc early this AM. My wild plum trees are in bloom!! That is my main sign that Spring has sprung.

Yes...I felt spring Sunday...I was trimming bushes and it was 80 degrees here in SoCal....Birds chirping and flying all around...I even had 2 lizards running around...Then I saw why they were so happy...Out of the corner of my house were termites flying out like mad......Damn..

There are some advantages to the tundra. Lack of termites is one of them.
