The old "enough water in barrel" question

I used to repair those motors on a regular basis no mauals on the workbench as I recall------Simple and the boss / shop owner was the manual.----Now almost need a manual to look them over.----Not many of them are brought to shops for repair these days.

This was what I was saying to look for. Not that it matters at this point. Never saw one near the carb. I'm sure others were expecting it to be here too
