the right Prop 67 johnson 18hp

:redface: i got a 1967 johnson 18hp, it runs great but the prop is damage a bit and like to know about the types of props i can get for it , it is on a pontoon (24ft) iam just looking for something that will work, i dont know much about the pitch, not looking for speed, but just something that match. for fun :rolleyes:

If your pushing a 24ft pontoon I think i would go with a 7" pitch.
You should get a tach to confirm your rpm.You may want to check rpm with present prop first before making a decision on a prop.It also may be possible to get your prop repaired at a prop repair shop.A tiny tach is easy to install and reasonable.It is critical to your motors health that it runs within its rpm range at WOT (wide open throttle)this will also assure proper performance at other speeds.
