Thermostats?

Does a 1990 Force 150 have a thermostat? If so, can they be bought at a Mercury dealer, what temp? thanks Bill Mc

Yes, thermostat is located behind a small cover just above the top sparkplug. 143* . Mercury dealer should have one. Its the same as the one used in the 70, 85, 90, and 120hp.<br /><br />NAPA also has them, NAPA part number 18-3553.
