Been trying to find the sweet spot for setting throttle cable and idle speed and it has been a little difficult to find just the right spot. I have idle screw set at around 800-850 on muffs (2008 3.0L) So when i hook the throttle cable up if i turn the barrel away from the carb too much when i rev up the engine with throttle lever it wont return back to idle without manually pressing on throttle cable but the engine starts great 1 turn of the key. Now if I go back the other way the throttle works great but the engine wont fire without giving it some throttle. I'm i missing something or do I need to play with it a little more? In the manual it mentions preload the cable I understand that but not sure if im doing it correctly? which way do i push the cable end guide and how tight? Thanks
