Hello. I am having a 9.9 kicker installed as backup for my main outboard. <br /><br />The kicker came with the boat, but was not installed. It's a Johnson 1993 9.9 horsepower kicker. <br /><br />The shop installing it called today and said the kicker is missing a "throttle bracket -- a bracket to hold the throttle cable to the kicker motor."<br /><br />Mechanic has no idea what it even looks like -- he just says he needs that bracket. <br /><br />If anyone there knows about this, please let me know. Mechanic says he does not know where to get one (but I suspect it can be ordered from an aftermarkeet retailer). <br /><br />Many thanks.
