Tightening the seal on X-cab rear windows...

The rear windows (the pop-out kind that open about an inch or two with a lever) on my 2000 Silverado extended cab seem a bit loose. Lots of wind noise that stops when you pull in on the window. Is there some trick to getting a better seal on these or am I looking at new weatherstripping? Thanks.

how about the stick on felt weather striping you can put on your door jam
that way it would make the latch pull harder on the lock?
