Hey guys my tilt and trim pump makes intemittant noise and i was wondering how to check the fluid 88 merc 150 blackmax motor

i replaced the fluid with 10w-30 according to the pump but it still makes noise can anyone help and i cant identify the pump case the sticker is worn
