Which fluid does Volvo recommend for tilt reservoir?
It’s a 2001. Repair manual says Dura plus power steering fluid or ATF

The DuraPlus has been replaced by the VP Power Steering and Trim fluid. See this link for that info and place to buy but lots of places to get it.
