Tilt motor not working

Last time I launched my boat I pulled a rookie mistake and forgot my transom tie downs:^ (kids goofing on the dock, wife asking questions, etc) - when I realized the boat was sitting much lower in the aft than usual I pulled it back out and corrected my mistake. Now the boat is back in the water but the trim will not work - it only whines! Worked fine before the dunking! Any ideas? (about the trim motor NOT my boating skills:$)

try switching the relays around first
if it still does this u need to put more fluid in it
maybe bleed it
or u have a valve that is stuck or clogged

Is the whine of the motor a high pitch or a low pitch is it consistant whine or does the pitch fluctuate?

Found the problem: One of my battery leads had become loose. All my small electrics (radio, lights,etc) worked fine but the big draw stuff shutdown on me. Tightened everything up and it all works great! d Thanks for the help.
