Our boat is not near anywhere and no trailer available at this time. Therefore, I have to do my own troubleshooting. I noticed recently that the tilt/trim has started to slow the raising/lowering of the outboard and finally it will not work anymore. I can hear a clicking noise at the engine when pushing (up and down) the tilt/trim control. I disconnected the wires to the motor (green, blue) and directly connected to the battery and the motor does not turn at all, no noise at all. I'm assuming the motor is the problem here. Am I correct? Also, is that the relay where the green and blue and other wires wire are connected? PLEASE HELP!
