Tilt/trim solenoids both click, but trim motor does not run. Wires do not get hot. I don't know how it is supposed to work exacly, but the green and blue wires both go to 12V + with either up or down trim and both solenoids trip.
How do I test run motor? (It has green , blue, and black wire from motor).
Motor and trim unit are old, but visually look new. All wiring connections to the trim motor are tight and look new-- no corrosion.
Suggestions ? Thanks!
