Welcome aboard Jeff. I have a 1999 S150 and my OEM service manual says to tilt motor all the way up and rest motor on tilt stop levers(some refer them as trailering levers). They swing down once motor is up far enough. Then open reservoir fill cap and the fluid should just be below hole. I was told from another member here you can use a small squeeze bottle to add fluid. My manual says the recomended fluid is ATF Dexron II. I would think you motor should be very similar. Maybe someone with your exact motor will chime in too. Hope this help you.
