Tilt/Trim issuesi with 1989 Force 125 Outboard

Hi Everyone. Im a fairly new boat owner and recently purchased a 1989 Bayliner Capri with the Force 125 motor. I only had it a couple days and the tilt started to act up. It now, wont move or sit up. It falls to lowest position. The relays were replace recently and I can hear the motor going. It just wont move.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Check for water in the oil at the pump. Also make sure pump is full of a good marine grade power tilt/trim oil. Pump may need a rebuild but check other first. Also may need to bleed air out of system.
