Timing settings on 2000 Merc 125HP

Tell me if I'm wrong on these timing settings for my 2000 Mercury 125HP.

Set at cranking speed and with the temp sensor unhooked:

With throttle arm at idle stop -> 2?BTDC
With throttle arm at wide open stop -> 25?BTDC
