Timing settings on VP 4.3GS PNCA

Hi Folks, Can someone tell me what the timing settings should be for my motor. I have completed the tune up and want to check the timing but don't trust my manual (Clymer). It is a 4.3L Type NC motor from 1996. I need the settings for base mode timing. Thanks.
