90*+ is about my limit for high temps. my hard top does real good for shade which is a big help. but not enough in high temps. the swim helps, but not enough in the high temps. the worst is the off load in late to mid afternoon or early evening. all spent from a day on the water then have to off load and put stuff away in the sweltering heat/humidity/high dew point. i've just givin up on them days. it just wears me out too much and takes the fun out of it for me.....

I have absolutely no interesting in dealing with the boat on a 90+ degree day to hallow around in 85 degree water infested with critters that bite and sting. We have an in-ground pool in the backyard with a well stocked bar in the pool house for just such an occasion.....lol
If my boating water had critters that bite and sting I would move to a different part of the country.

That reminds me of a time I spent in FL working in a plant. I mentioned i was going on vacation the next week and one of the women asked me where I was going and what I was doing. I said boating and swimming in the river and she was horrified. She said "Don't you have any gators up there?.

That's what swim platforms are for. If you can't use them you might just spend hot days in an air conditioned museum or something...

For a misting system you'd need a pretty good filter to keep the scuzzy lake/river water from plugging it up tight real quick.
