What is the model? Year of manufacture is not important for service issues. If it is MFS-anything, it is a 4-stroke, and you don't mix TCW-3 in the fuel at all. If it is M-anything, it is the wonderfully lightweight 27-pound 2-stroke, which runs at 50:1.

Full information is in your owner's manual, available at http://www.tohatsu.com/tech_info/manuals.html

Thanks for the replies. 50:1 it is.

Not trying to sound like a smart*****, but if it were a 4-stroke, I wouldn't have asked what the mixture was!! :D

Right... I understand... but... just yesterday, I had a customer who was surprised when he was told that he had to mix oil in his fuel. He thought that his 20+ y/o ob (that he just bought last week) ran on straight gas. "Yes, it will run OK on straight gas... for about 5 minutes... then you buy a new motor !"
