yea they are good engines just like any other engine but only if you treat them good and with plenty of tlc! other than that their not a mercury but if its in your budget its a good motor

Great motors but most dealers don't stock anything. Parts are ordered in from Texas UPS.

They make great kickers. I've got an 8hp on my 20ft. Trophy and my father-in-law has a 9.9hp on his 25footer. Reliable and trouble free, but they can't be ignored - regular maintenance is a must.
