WET sand the roller marks and the Dull spots. Wipe down with Mineral Spirits and then re-paint. I'd HIGHLY recommend using the Roll n' Roll method. Roll the paint on in Thin Coats and DON'T over roll. Once it's applied use a DRY roller. First soak it with Mineral Spirits and then Squeeze out all the MS. Then just hold the roller with your finger tips and let the weight of the roller carry it over the paint. This should make it lay down and NOT create any creases or marks.

So once I do one side of the boat. Use another roller with MS and go over the surface lightly?

Do about a 5 ft section then wrap the wet paint roller in a plastic bag and then use the MS roller back over the same area. You want the paint to still be wet when you re roll it. The second rolling removes any/all air bubbles and flattens out the paint.
