Thank's for the replay i got my eye on yukon denali xl which has the 6.0l engine and it has 4wd which is a plus when it comes to a slippery ramp.Anyway i,m not going to be towing it for long trips but even if I have to once in a while i think the yukon will do the job just fine.
Is it a 2007 and up Denali or the old body? Also, correct me if I am wrong but the Denali package was AWD like the Escalade not 4wd ? Not that AWD doesn't work great...I know it does.

Good choice. I towed the boat in my sig with a 2001 3/4 4x4 Suburban with a 6.0. It towed it well. My current vehicle is a 1/2T Silverado with a 5.3. It is pretty much at its limit.
