trailer length

hi! I've inherited a 1986 14'6'' cadorette bowrider with a 60hp outboard evinrude. my question is what length trailer do I need? I've found one and the gentleman selling it says his is over 15 feet. thanks in advance!

Most trailers can adjusted to fit the boat you want to put on it. In short, measure from the bow stand to the end of the rollers or bunks. That will tell you if it will fit. The bow stand is probably adjustable front to back. Then width is next.

thanks for the reply! that makes total sense, what measurements do I take for the width, between the bunks/rollers to accommodate the stern?
