I need some help.
I have a 2002 Performance Dbl. axle trailer. It's rated to 7000 lbs.
The trouble is I can't find any springs that can replace the one's that are on the trailer. The springs are 20 1/2" center Dbl. eye. 1750 lb.
The closest I can find are 1400 lbs. I have looked everywhere on line.....
I live in Hawaii so it's hard to find...
Any idea's, or info would help.

Thanks Tom

Re: Trailer Springs

if you don't see them on line at championtrailers.com, email or call them. they are one of the best to deal with. they show one on line, but not available, call them 1-800-229-6690

Re: Trailer Springs

If you can get the 1400# springs locally, check the yellow pages for spring and alignment shops. Better shops can simply add a leaf to get you the capacity you need.

You can also have some made at a spring shop and they are not too expensive.

Re: Trailer Springs

Tom,
Check out Hawaii Spring Supply, near the airport.
They are the best in town for trailers.
Ask for Ian, he can help with whatever you need.

The mail-order places (Champion & Trailer Parts Superstore) will only ship UPS Blue to Hawaii. (I checked), the shipping outweighs the cost of the parts.
