trailer width

i bought a trailer that held a 19ft bayliner, i wanna put my 17ft bass tracker on it. My question is will the width of the width of that trailer matter since its about
2 ft wider than my boat

no, i think it would be more stable,just look at the high dolar fishing boats, they ride low between the fenders and tires
