Transfer data from Lowrance H2O to Elite 4M GPS

I have a Lowrance H2O gps.
I am thinking of upgrading to a Lowrance Elite 4M or 5M.
Like most users I have a lot of waypoints, routes and trails I would like to transfer to the new unit.
From what I can tell both use .USR file types.
Will the Elite accept the files from the H2O assuming I have a method to load them onto the Elite micro SD card?
Anybody tried it?
