Need to replace the whole Transom drain flange and the plug. Problem is is that the diameter of the hole in the transom is about 1 1/4 inches and the flange that was in there is almost the same..actually its about 1 1/8 wide. The New ones are 1 inch wide and dont fit properly..Its on a 2003 searay 240 sundeck..Plus I need the plug with the hole for the wire for the oil drain hose to connect to. The garbord one thats sold everywhere is too small..there is too much play in the hole..Just cant seem to find the same flange and plug anywhere.

Re: Transom Drain Plug

Have you looked at the garboard plugs that iboats sells?

You probably have to fill the hole with epoxy and re-drill or go to a searay dealer for an exact replacement.
