I have new o-rings on order for my trim cylinder (1985 125hp 1258x5a). Once they arrive, I reinstall everything and refill fluid. Is there a way (or a trick) to purge the air out of the system. I have done a few brake line repairs on cars and everybody has a neat little trick to purge the air. I don't see a bleeder screw anywhere. Do I fill and keep filling and running the motor up and down with the thumbscrew cracked open a bit.
Any ideas? Thanks!
