Trim Motor Replacement

I have a bad trim motor on my 1989 70hp Mercury. It looks like the oil seal went out and pump fluid into the motor. I took it out and the pump seems to turn fine. Is it best to replace the whole pump and motor, or can I replace just the motor?
I believe the part number is 99186T square Eaton motor with three wires which are hard to come by without paying a fortune. Any ideas on where I can get something reasonably priced?

Thanks

Check with your local auto electric shop. They may be able to rebuild it for you.

Will they be able to rebuild it with fluid getting in there. It looks like a corroded shaft caused the seal leak.
