trim pump making noise but outdrive not moving

Hello - This should amount to be a quick answer, I'm just too new to the mechanical world of boats to know. I moved my Wellcraft with a mercruiser about 2 miles from my house to my parents. Before I left, I raised the outdrive. About 10 minutes later I went to lower it (after trailering the 2 miles) and the pump will run, but the drive does not go down. There is leakage running down the outside of the pump, so I'm sure I just need to put more oil in. Questions: What do I use? and where do I put it in? Like I said, I am relatively new to the mechanical end of boats, but I have any tool imaginable and should be able to handle fixing this. There is an image below with what I am talking about.
