trim sender wire plate bolts broke

i was replacing trim sender and limit switch and went to remove grommet plate in housing where wires pass through the transom and the bolt on the bottom broke off , now what should i do i might can tap but its kinda cramped.

Sorry, I don't know of any easy fix for this one!

Pull the drive, pull the gimbal ring LOTS of penetrating oil very carefully punch a center and even more carefully drill with a left hand twist bit and hope it snags end backs out.

is this part underwater or can i use one bolt and seal it good
