Ok quick question here. I currently have Bennett trim tabs with just the standard trim tab indicator. Which indicator can I get to be able to show me the trim tab deployment?

Not sure what you mean by, "just the standard trim tab indicator." I suspect you mean you have the standard control switch. We make three types of indicators for our standard hydraulic Trim Tab systems>

TPI3000 Tab Position Indicator

EIC5000 Electronic Indicator Control

NMEA1 Nmea interface

More info on the indicators can be found here http://www.bennetttrimtabs.com/product-category/indication-controls/

Sorry tabman you know I'm a fan but.....

I am not a proponent of indicators, not that I've ever had them but to me all the way up after on plan then as little down as needed, by the feel and attitude of the boat. Id rather feel the boat than look at indicators. That said, the auto up switch is great so you always know where you are starting.

I was thinking about buying the eic5000. I just want to know if I replace my current rocker switch with that one, is that all I need?

disabled mine. Sounds good in theory but a pain in use

Don't need them to get on plane. Running angle and lean only. Can stay the same the entire day

Some people connect the Auto Retractor wire to the boat's main battery switch, so that the Tabs only come up when they are done for the day.

Where i boat the wind and chop can vary every 5 to 10 minutes so i like them always up when we stop for whatever reason. Mine go up when engine goes off. Out in hig water i can understqnd the desire for having them in the same position when the seas are mostly always the same.

So if I just replace my euro style switch with the eic5000 switch, is that pretty much all I do? I just don't want to have to do any work on the actuators is all,

Take a look at the link the the instructions I posted http://www.bennetttrimtabs.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/EIC5000-Instructions-Online-v121415.pdf

You need to replace the place the tops of the actuators with ones that have sensors in them and run the wires from them into the boat. It's pretty easy.

Read over the instructions and let me know what you think.
