Trim & Tilt Seal Leak

I have a 1989 70 HP Yamaha that has a leak from the trim & tilt unit. It appears to be the seals around the cylindar piston(s). How difficult is it to replace the seals? Any suggestions on where I can find the parts? If needed, what is the cost of a new unit?

i removed my leaking t/t, 03 f90 and took it to a hydraulic repair shop. they replaced some broken o rings for $100,i believe this was cheaper than a marine dealer would charge,but i did remove and reinstall,bleed,etc
