I have a 1995 Mercruiser 140 HP I/0 with a control box identical to this one.
I need to replace the trim/tilt switch located in the handle. Not the trailer lift switch that's in the body of the control box.
Can I use either part number 87-18286AA43 or 87-18286AA41
In pictures on various vendor sites, they look identical. Seems that the ***43 is listed for outboards, but is there really any difference? Just need to know if the more easily available ****43 will fit in my handle. Thanks for any informed advice.
