So the trim/tilt doesnt work on my yamaha 50hp 86'.
Ive been told that this motor has two seperate relays for the starter and trim motors. after replacing the starter relay and the battery cable it starts under a turn of the key. The trim/tilt still doesnt work, so before replacing the trim/tilt relay, what shoud I test?
This boat has fought us all the way, and my buddies and I just want to get out on the water and have some fun! So this is the last thing that this boat needs to be really solid. Any help would be appreciated. We have the engine manual, but any experiance or advise would be refeshing.
