My propeller says 9½*11 D1 322011 J
I guess that´s almost like the propeller you describe.

The boat is 4,65 * 2m and have a weigth about 250kg.

Today I enlarged the manifold hole, it looks good, I also changed carburator to another, with the same larger diameter.
It´s going to be exciting testing the engine tomorrow :) .

I´ve checked tha carburator and linkage several times, I´m not that new to outboards, but I have never tuned a engine.

[/QB]I have a 1984 25HP with a new 35 carb sitting, lower unit is shot. Sat for maybe 10 years now, looking for a lower unit. Post back if I can be of any assistance. [/QB]
I´ve actually got a lower unit to a Johnson 20hp from 1976, it´s a really good unit, very little used, and I guess it´s only used in lakes.
I don´t ´know if that one would fit your engine?

Sorry, I missed your reply. Please E-mail me,
[remove this]ole@romantiskbad.dk .

How did it turn out with your motor ? I had a 35HP on a Ørnvik 450, it did 28 MPH with 1 or 2 adults in it. You should be going somewhere around 22 - 25 MPH / 18 - 22 KNTS.
