hello again.
It's been a while since I posted on this site!! I've been busy working on my boat. I finally tested it today...how freaking awesome!! It went better than expected, no steering torque and she is stable as.....I can't wait to take it out for a fishing trip now!!

thanks guys. That "truck" is cool and I love it......same as a pontiac G8 (I think thats what you call them over there) but in a ute..We just call them utes in Australia....trucks cart stuff around and there is no way I'm actually going to use it for that. lol

That boat is awesome! You Aussies apparently get all the cool stuff Is the hull aluminum or fiberglass?

Looking close at the rear corner of the boat, appears to be welded aluminum, sweet.

The twin 50's do not seem too heavy and look good back there, as if they were made for each other.

I bet that ute would sell well in the U.S. if GM would ever decide to market it here.

haha well done, and i know exactly where that pic was taken, Cabbage tree point.

i have my boat around the corner at horizon shores,

wont be hard to spot you with those twins, i dont imagine seeing to many like that

Good spotting ewenm. That is where the photos were taken.... Horizon Shores ah? nice!!... and I wish!! lol I havn't seen anything like this boat hence why I built it like this...Just to be different...The wife hated the idea cause it was taking extra time and money to put the twins on. ($150 in battery cable alone) But I just has to do it!!
She is aluminium alright...weighing in at around 600-650kg ALL UP including fuel!! I guess that's why it jumps out of the water and screams!! lol. I mounted the battery (23kg) in the console and the 70 ltr tank under the console to balance things out a bit and it has worked out very well.
