not that I would admit to being a shade tree at times, but the sleeve can be installed with a carefully shaped block of wood.
use rubbing alcohol as a lubricant.
the installation tool has been made in aluminium and nylon.
careful shaping of a tree limb will work as well.
I think one of tommays posts has a picture of the tool. if not ask and most likly someone can post a picture of it but in any case try not to reuse the bellows.

its kinda obvious his english is not so good and you guys arent helping. he obviously meant corrosion. if you dont have any holes in the bellows and want to reuse it thats fine but consider the time it takes you to do this job and the fact a new bellows will prevent you doing it again for years. make sure to use contact adhesive when reinstalling to the transom and you should be fine.

thank you all for helping, i take the boat to the machine shop and have the gimbal bearing removed and the new one installed it only cost $75.00, i use a piece of wood to knock the sleeve in ,and i had a sleeve made for the transom plate to fix where it got corroded, install the bellow also put the outdrive back on. going to test it soon .
