all SX,DPS and XDP were built in Kentucky most the rest,DP-E,DP-C,DP-G and a few others are built in sweden.

a DPS is the SX style upper built in kentucky. a DP-E or a DP-G is a swedish style made in sweden. both have twin props.

as long as it uses inside keepers the joint is avalible.if it has outside keepers you buy a shaft assy from vp.
I just priced a DP-G drive,8400 new and 6700 reman from VP.
customer brought one in making noise and the only salvagble parts are the intermediate shaft and the lower case. everything else is scrap metal.
