Universal Stone

Has anybody heard of or used this product.

A friend was at the Toronto boat show last year and the people selling this said it will remove all the oxidation and crap from your hull quite easily and......you don't need to wax as it will hold a shine all season.

I've just bought a boat that has been sitting for 4 years, and the only cleaning was with a garden hose. The hull is in need of a real good polish, so I'm wondering if this might make my job easier.

Never heard of a universal stone, but have heard of a "clay bar" made by Maguiars. It does what you are talking about. I used it on my truck and was pleased with the results.

My guess is that this Universal stone is a product something like the claybar system. You should try it and give us a report! I just looked at the price-seems like a cheap investment for the 30 dollar size,just to try the stuff.if it really works,you'll need the big one to do a whole boat though. The "spcial sponges" look like Mr Clean magic erasers.
