I have a flybridge boat with 2x 1.7 Mercruiser Dti.
Im so glad for the engines, but one of them is unstable in the low rpm's 750-900Rpm
Number 1: Starts with no problems, and go totally steady and dont smoke.
Number 2: Starts Easy with help from "start-Gas"
But when it starts, it just run unstady until i raise the RPM over 900, but when its cold it smoke's A LOT of "withe-Grey" smoke. And it smells of diesel smoke. VERY MARKANT!
But when the engine is warm the smoke is a lot smaller but stil markant more than number 1.
The engine doesn use oile or water?
