I know this is a longshot but thought I would try anyway. My little late 70s 10 Foot GW Invader has the old style pulley system but we are wanting to update to a modern single cable teleflex system.Anyone here have a little Invader and have done this.I know pretty much how to do it but with the tight splashwell construction and the limited width of the splashwell and the boat it has some constraints as to what I can figure out.I can post some meausurements and pics of the rear if someone may be able to give me a answer even if you do not have a GW....Thanks Bruce

anything is possible as long as you dont have any bends with radii of less than 8"

I wonder if you could find a hydraulic system small enough to work?

Yes there are hydraulic systems that will work but they are just cost prohibitive to me anyway.I know the Teleflex systems are easy to install as I put one in my 16 foot 1969 Starcraft once but these little boats have a real space constraint problem to deal with. That is why I was hoping to run across someone that has done it and can tell me how they accomplished it without cutting the boat up to make stuff fit.I realize like I said its a long shot but thought I would ask anyway....Thanks
