I have been gathering knowledge about my MFG Carefree 14 runabout. On a metal tag on the steering side of the cockpit(starboard) the is a small metal tag which in part reads US Coast Guard Capacity Information. Then their are three numbers one atop another. The top number is 30, next number down is 595, and the bottom number is 930. There is nothing next to these numbers telling one what capacities they represent. If the top number turns out to be a maximum Horse Power rating, and the boat is equiped with a 35 HP Out Board, can i be cited during a safety inspection, say by a Division of Watercraft Officer. I live in Ohio. Previous owner states he has run this motor for years without incident. Please advise. Mitch
